Docket of actions against the Troy and Greenfield Railroad Company, 1864-1865.

The state treasurer, as custodian of the funds of the Troy and Greenfield Railroad Company, was held liable in claims against the company heard in Superior Court (per St 1865, c 210 this liability was transferred to the Commonwealth itself). Docket was created as a chronological listing of claims by utilities, mining companies, and manufacturers to cover expenditures for services, materials, and land damages incurred during the construction of the Troy and Greenfield Railroad and Hoosac Tunnel.
